[Video Bug] MediaCodecVideoRendererError on MKV Dolby Vision playback

On my TCL 43C655, Dolby Vision is natively supported by the hardware.
When playing a Dolby Vision MKV file with the Android native Media Player, the file plays correctly with no error.
However, when playing the exact same file with Just Video Player, the file opens normally but 2 to 3 seconds after playback starts, the following error is displayed:

"MediaCodecVideoRendererError"

Playback then stops completely. The issue affects all MKV Dolby Vision files tested.

Steps to reproduce

Open a MKV file containing a Dolby Vision video track in Just Video Player
Playback starts normally
After 2-3 seconds → error "MediaCodecVideoRendererError" appears, playback stopsription of what the bug is.

Expected behavior
The Dolby Vision MKV file plays correctly, as it does with the Android native Media Player on the same device.
