+## Reporting a Vulnerability
+
+If you discover a security vulnerability, please follow these steps:
+
+1. **Do not open a public GitHub issue.**
+2. **Privately contact the maintainer** by email:  
+   📧 miguelgalizamariz@gmail.com
+3. Include:
+   - Detailed description of the vulnerability
+   - Steps to reproduce
+   - Impact assessment (if possible)
+
+We will respond as soon as possible (usually within 72 hours).
+
+Once confirmed, we will work with you to release a fix **before** disclosing the issue publicly.
+
