The following iw patch adds more VHT capabilities reporting

The latest iw does not report all VHT capabilities to the user. I have created a patch that adds more reporting of caps not previously shown through iw list or iw scan. https://gist.github.com/Anthony96922/71e8a7b01a493f785877453375215088

Example mt7601u output:

                        Max A-MPDU Length: 65535 (exponent: 0x3)
                        RX antenna pattern consistency
                        TX antenna pattern consistency
...

Note that RX STBC and max A-MPDU length are now presented when they weren't before.

After some discussion I have sent a revised patch with the requested changes. But there hasn't been any response yet.

This will apply cleanly on the dev branch of iw. Please test to see if the output of iw list is correct for your hardware.
