USB to NGFF A/E Key adapter

I can find USB to B+M keyed adapters all day long. But I am looking for a USB to A/E key adapter to add multiple Wi-Fi cards to a single SBC unit. Does anyone know of a good, not to crazy expensive, source of such a thing?
