Bypass automation

Has anyone managed to automate the bypass using this repo? I noticed that the bypass system is quite dumb and often opens when it would be more efficient (cooling wise) to keep it closed. On thy physical unit there's a mode to turn of automatic bypass for up to 24 hours, but I haven't found a way to trigger it myself through automations. Any ideas?

Not that i would know. Unfortunately you cannot set the bypass to a specific value.
You could force the bypass into fully closed or opened by setting very high or very low target temperatures together with corresponding season values in the ComfoAir. This can be done with this integration.
The target temperature and season settings of the ComfoClime and the ComfoAir are independet. That means setting the target temp in ComfoAirQ to open the bypass won't trigger the ComfoClime to actively cool.
