Description

I have a Qudelix 5K Bluetooth Device and it works as intended but with Mumble i have a big Problem under Pipewire, because if i am using my Smartphone over Bluetooth and playing Musik from there, i get to an "Call" mode with HFP Mode because Mumble connect's the Microphone everytime it has lost it. If i manage it over qpwgraph for automatic wire connections it can not handle Mumble because Mumble overwrite qpwgraph no matter what i do. I wanted to hear Musik on my Phone but my x86 Linux with KDE 6 i only can do a complete disconnect to the Qudelix or turn Bluetooth of completely if Mumble is running and is AFK. In AFK i get always issues because i am downstairs making a wash machine and i lost connection to Laptop then it got connection again and then it gots to HFP Mode again. I cannot get it disconnect or switch mode if i am 2 Floors downstairs etc. to make some different stuff than Mumble and wanted to hear Musik. The Qudelix and other Bluetooth devices can connect to 2 Different devices at the same time and that kills my almost perfect experience with it.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set Audio Input System to Pipewire.
  2. Note that Pipewire only has "Mono" available on a Bluetooth device.
  3. Connecting to a Bluetooth Audio Device capable for hearing Music and connects to 2 Hosts at same time
  4. Switch to Hearing Music on Smartphone if Mumble is running on PC/Laptop with Linux and KDE 6
  5. Do right wiring in qpwgraph and save it in a profile
  6. Set "Activated" and "Exclusive"
  7. Got lost connection to the PC/Laptop
  8. Get connection again
  9. Mumble forces automatically using HFP Mode on Bluetooth device for getting Microphone
  10. Bluetooth Device (Qudelix 5K) forces the Call Mode because of HFP Profile that is forced by Mumble
  11. The Bluetooth Device (Qudelix 5K) forces to do a Call in Mumble instead of hearing Music on the Phone

Note: This is Standard Behavior on every Bluetooth device with more than HFP Modes and Multipoint Feature of Bluetooth.

Screenshots

Please make an Option to not auto force Conncting over Pipewire if it is managed with qpwgraph or something that it is not automatically forced HFP Mode because of Mumble Using Microphone. It has to be a switchable thing in the Settings somewhere or somehow.
