RSH-A10 connected device visible in lsusb after power off

Hi all,
Is anyone actively working with RSHTECH’s RSH10 and experiencing the same issue as me? This hub allows me to control every port perfectly and disconnect the VBUS, but even after disconnecting it, my Ubuntu Linux still detects the device in lsusb. An error is only reported when attempting further read operations.

However, I’m using uhubctl 2.6.0 and a Linux kernel 6.8.0 – should this issue have been fixed by now? Or are we still limited to manually removing it using udevadm?
