'MIUIOP(10008)' permission explanation?

I know it's not a place for assistants but please if anyone knows what that means?

Risky package 'com.android.shell' had 'MIUIOP(10008)' permission set to 'Access' at

I did a deep search but couldn't find any relevant information about it.
I restarted the phone and recheck it.
This permission granted on start up. everytime the phone restart it grant this permission.

those are Xiaomi specific permissions.
