"cargo_warnings()" function is not present in "cc" crate version 1.0.83.

Comments for 8aa09f2#comments note that the function we're calling is not available in an older version of cc. Need to find the lowest version of cc we're still building with and bump cc to that.

The "cargo_warnings()" function seems to have been first added in cc 1.0.85.

I dont understand.
I i include tracy-client 0.18.0 in my app i get the compiler error:

okay cargo_warnings was adde in 1.0.85 but why is the dependency in tracy-client-sys set to 1.0.83 which does not have this?
Why isnt everybodys build constantly breaking?

Probably because cargo installs the newest compatible version of a dependency the first time it's required. Run cargo update.
