Basecalling miscalls for CCAGG/CCTGG motifs using kit110 + R9.4.1

Hi ,

I’ve encountered a consistent basecalling issue when using the official model with kit110 and R9.4.1 pores.
Specifically, the motifs CCAGG and CCTGG are frequently miscalled as CCGGG and CCCGG, respectively.

This appears to be a systematic pattern rather than isolated errors.
