Downsample tlm?

Hello,
Wondering what the standard way to downsample telemetry is (for storing to a file). I couldn't find a component that does this out of the box, so thinking of making one which takes in ComBuffers and outputs every Xth buffer, where X is an integer parameter.

I do not believe F Prime has a standard way of down sampling telemetry.
