How does one integrate a new GDS into F Prime?

It would be really useful to do a simple version of this, and also a more advanced one. The advanced one could have a few discrete services set up within a data management pipeline, with toy services that help illustrate how to use them.

Example of a microservice: small sqllite database that stores messages going both directions, including a small tool that lets you play back uplink, downlink, or both from given start and stop times. Don't go crazy making a robust tool, just a demo that helps with understanding how to conceptually hook it up.

Some other examples to consider: parameter manager database, commanding interface that manages commands only for a single component, singular telemetry channel grapher, and an event notifier that filters the events stream for specific events and then does "something" like pop up a warning on the screen.
