bayeslm1.sh need a binary double array as input,and the manual said

We also provide a simple R script to convert a raw read count table into the specific format we use (see below)

I have the same request. Without knowing the file structure, it's impossible to replicate the normalized fragment count input. Suggestions or the referenced script would be really helpful.
