If I wanted to change the window size from 1,000,000 to 2,000,000, will changing the --window-size parameter to the bayeslm program in both the bayeslm1.sh and bayeslm2.sh scripts be sufficient? Or are there other parts of the workflow that expect the window size to be 1,000,000?
