Drop-cap letters lines

This issue is related to chrome rendering pixels differently depending on the zoom level, and should not appear on the pdf if viewed outside a browser.

Tile separation issue (white lines)

This issue is probably caused because a white 1px line is sometimes set between repeated images, only generated when the image is rotated.

Issues noted in #1813 can't be fixed either.
