Whitelist/Blacklist a Directory

Any possibility of allowing directories to be added to the Whitelist/Blacklist?

• This would simplify configuration for apps with multiple possible .exe files
• Also a work around for not being able to add protected .exe files (add the containing directory instead of the file).
