Prevent a game from accepting background inputs

Is there is anything I can do with HidHide or DS4Windows
The game is DNA(Duet Night Abyss) and there is a bug with the game and I doubt they will ever fix it
The game have stages that can automatically restart.When I start a stage and switch to another game,everything works fine but when the stage restarts,the game start accepting background left\right analog inputs from my controller

I have to switch to the game and switch out of it to stop that
I have to keep repeating that after each stage restart

So I was wondering if there is a way to make the controller visible only to the game I am currenly playing
