Installer won't work just hangs at installing

Bug description

The installer doesn’t work whenever I get to the “Installing HidHide” screen it just hangs and does nothing (I've waited 30 min) and I have to force quit the installer.

Steps to reproduce

Try to install HidHide

Actual result: Describe here what happens after you run the steps above (i.e. the buggy behaviour)
hangs on installing screen
Expected result: Describe here what should happen after you run the steps above (i.e. what would be the correct behaviour)
install HidHide
