Validate that project structure conforms to our spec

This validation extends beyond just checking the COCO .json files, as in #8.
It would involve validating that all required files/folders exist, and that they are named appropriately.

Also would this just entail making several regular expressions and checking whether files/folder naming follow them? I'd imagine it'd be possible to go over everything using os.listdir.

Hey @YasinKaryagdi, first a warning that this project is still at a very early stage, and is likely to undergo many and rapid changes. Keep that in mind if you are attempting to use it.

Regarding your question about file/folder naming validation, I haven't properly thought about it yet. Regular expressions are definitely useful, and are likely to form the basis of any implementation, but we may choose to build them into attrs validator classes (because we are familiar with that approach and are using it in movement).

My ideal validator would tell you exactly which 'rule' of the specification a project is violating, but this doesn't necessarily be the form that the first implementation takes.

Perhaps we can also use Dirschema for validating the folder structure and JSONSchema for vlidating the COCO JSON files themselves.
