Create an AIT to exercise micronaut instrumentation

Description

Create a test app / AIT to test at least the most recent version of micronaut instrumentation. It would be good to include:

• GET/POST/etc annotations
• Reactor
• Netty

Blocked until more insight can be gleaned from Doug Hilpipre. There's suspected buggy behavior from the Java agent.

A draft PR for this work has been created. This is an ongoing issue with unexpired tokens leading to timeouts when running Micronaut integration tests. Doug Hilpipre will be looking into a solution over the next few weeks, at which point we can consider converting the aforementioned PR draft to ready for review (assuming tests are in the green).
