Lost APM instrumentation of mongodb with mongo driver 2.x (works with 1.21.x)

Description

After upgrade to mongo driver 2.1 we lost the mongo instrumentation in the APM

Steps to Reproduce

Upgrade mongo driver to 2.1 and instrumentation of mongodb is lost

Downgrade to 1.21.1 and works again

Expected Behavior

APM mongodb instrumentation should work in 2.x

Hi @dcorto, thank you for bringing this to our attention. The PHP team is aware of instrumentation breaking with MongoDB 2.x and is actively working on resolving this.
