vendor folder missing scripts

buffer.js and diff_match_patch.js are not found in the vendor folder.

A bit of context would help: why do you think they are needed an where? Are they buried in some other depoendency, liike code mirror or js zip?

Both are referenced in script tags in primordialsoup.html
