[tracker] snapshots for all test profiles

Description of feature

Now we have basic nf-tests touching all modules once (except GUNC and bbnorm) as per #501 (comment), we should generate proper snapshots for each test.

Note I dont think it's possible to do a full test snapshot as the output is too big to run twice (TBs in total)
