1. Rename: static/workshops/nginx-one --> static/workshops/nginx-one-console
2. Update references accordingly.
3. Update command: https://docs.nginx.com/nginx-one-console/workshops/lab2/run-workshop-components-with-docker/#clone-the-nginx-documentation-repo

4. Confirm download compose.yaml and generate_certs.sh files download and work as expected.
