Add lifecycle rules to reduce old AWS object logs space use

Describe the feature request

Object logs could be transitioned to different storage class and deleted after a given retention period.

Additional context

Transition to IA -> Glacier -> Delete with some timelines would be an option?
Though Glacier with lots of small objects is not necessarily suitable.
