Help needed: Simply copying whole tag to different mp3 file.

Hej there,

I just want to do this simple thing and have no clue on how to solve it in an easy way:
Copy the whole tag data from mp3-file A to mp3-file B (they differ simply due to the bitrate).

Is there a way like reading the file and writing, like:
tag_data = read.from.file("A")
write.to.file("B", tag_data)

I've wanted this feature myself, but never found time to implement. Not time for doing it right now, but it would make an excellent eyeD3 plugin that I've heavily consider merging, so pull requests are welcome. Let me know if you're up for the task, I can provide some guidance.
