Any way to solve toomanyrequests errors?

I often get several images failing to update due this kind of error:

    Reason: Skipped: failed to pull image: XXX Error response from daemon: toomanyrequests: retry-after: 1.178503ms, allowed: 44000/minute

I there a way to solve this?
I set the schedule to the following:

"WATCHTOWER_SCHEDULE": "0 0 1 * * *"

The error is coming from Docker Hub's rate limiter and indicates that there's something causing you to hit image pull rate limits, despite the daily update schedule and the 44000/minute allowance.

For now I changed the time of my daily schedule, looks more stable for now, time will tell.

I have the same problem but only with gchr.io. For example:

my schedule is running 1 per day. for docker hub it's fixed but not for ghcr.io one
