How to use personal folders?

Is there a concise documentation with step by step instructions on how to create and use personal folders? I see there are options to enable personal folders and as i understand they have to be added by running a scheduled task called task_maintenance_users_personal_folder.php , which should run daily, but personal folders do not appear for me. What i might be missing or misunderstanding? Maybe i need to upgrade to a newer version ?

I am using teampass:3.1.4.5 as a docker container with mariadb 10.5

I enabled the option under "Option" and when i create/edit User you have to check a box, that the user is allowed for an personal folder.
The task for the creation of the folder is running every hour. This works for me
