migrate_3.2.x.php Script

There's a little issue with migrate_3.2.x.php under openSUSE Linux.

In difference to Debian or similar distributions user and group of the webserver are different. The user is wwwrun and the group is www. If I use the script with option --web-user=wwwrun it tries to set the group-ownership to a group named wwwrun. Could not work.

Two problems fixed in migrate_3.2.x.php:

1. Misleading log output → All chown display messages hardcoded user:user, so on openSUSE users would see wwwrun:wwwrun even though the actual posix_chown() call was already using the correct primary group GID. Now the label is computed from the resolved GID via posix_getgrgid(), so openSUSE users will see the truthful wwwrun:www.
2. No group override option → Added --web-group=GROUP flag. When passed, the group is resolved via posix_getgrnam() and its GID overrides the primary group. If the group name doesn't exist, a warning is emitted and all chown steps are skipped cleanly.

Usage on openSUSE:

# Implicit (auto-resolves primary group of wwwrun → www)
php migrate_3.2.x.php --web-user=wwwrun

# Explicit (same effect, more portable)
php migrate_3.2.x.php --web-user=wwwrun --web-group=www
