[BUG] Wrong corrupted Items

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an entry with password and the password has a < in it but no > afterwards.

Expected behaviour

Should be a normal entry no problems should happen

Actual behaviour

The script scan_corrupted_items.php will declare this entry as corrupted item with a length mismatch.

After removing the < or putting a > behind the < somewhere in the password the error doesnt show anymore

Use the upgrade.php process to deploy it.
It is a merged from 2 PRs and some others fixes, including your issue

I did some testing on my side and it works on my system as well

I noticed that there is an option who encrypt communication between client & server which is also impacting your issue.

I have adjusted the fix to include that setting

I tested the fix above with Encrypt client/server enabled and still worked on my side.

Yes the first version was working when option was enable, but when I did some more testing on another TeamPass instance with this option disable, the bug reappeared, that is why I adjusted it one more time to include this option.
Was this option enable when you discovered the bug ?
