Fastest way to apply new settings

Hi,
from your experience and workflow, what is your method of applying and testing new settings from plasma-manager? So if I made changes to my plasma manager config how to I apply it the fastest? Do you log out and back in or is there a faster and better way? Also it would be interesting to know how you notice if something isn't working right.

Most of settings change don't require to log out, only if they depend on a plasma script, if it does depend on a plasma script, you should be able to just run ~/.local/share/plasma-manager/run_all.sh
