add sam2 dep to Impact Pack

currently we get following warning:

[Impact Pack] The SAM2 functionality is unavailable because the `facebook/sam2` dependency is not installed.
Installation command:
/nix/store/iyff8129iampdw13nlfqalzhxy8y1hi9-python3-3.13.6/bin/python -m pip install git+https://github.com/facebookresearch/sam2

@mio-19 thanks, it looks like it's only been added in nixpkgs last week!

which nixpkgs commit are you building against? did you have to build cuda from source? It seems like there has been no cuda build in the nix-community hydra instance for about a week

I have some github actions to generate binary cache for me. I didn't notice where my machine pulled cache from

Turns out cuda build and cache has moved to:

• Hydra
• binary cache
