User Story

Description
When generating SRT files from USFM source content, section titles/headings are currently ignored and not included in the output.

As a scripture content creator, I want section titles from USFM files to be included when generating SRT subtitles so that the exported captions accurately reflect the structure of the scripture text.

Acceptance Criteria

• Section headings (e.g. \s, \s1\ USFM markers) are recognized during USFM-to-SRT conversion
• Section titles are included in the generated SRT output at the correct timing position
• The fix is applied in the USFM-to-SRT creator service
