User Story

Description
There is no way to export individual verse clips; only full chapter or project exports are available.

As a scripture content creator, I want to export individual verse videos — with video length determined by the timing file — both with and without voiceover — so that I can efficiently distribute isolated scripture passages.

Acceptance Criteria

• The user can select a single verse and export it as a standalone video
• Video duration is derived from the timing file for that verse
• Export works both with voiceover audio included and without (silent/with background audio only)
