An option/toggle in the interface settings to allow users to hide the 'close button' on panels/windows.

Motivation / use case

These buttons are usually hidden in the windows by the users of WM's such as Niri or Hyprland.

Proposed solution

Add a toggle under Settings > Interface to globally show/hide window controls (specifically the close button).
