[BUG] Stale theme mode after suspend when theme mode is set to auto

Bug description

When you have theme mode set to auto, noctalia doesn't check if mode needs to be updated after waking up.

Steps to reproduce

Let's say you currently have dark mode enabled, then you suspend the pc, and it stays suspended until the day time, then you wake it up, and theme stays dark even though it should now be light.

Expected behavior

Should check the time of day and update the theme accordingly after suspend.

Actual behavior

Doesn't do it.
