[BUG] Control Center - Monitor: Only 3 Monitors Are Fully Visible and No Scroll For the Remaining Pills

Bug description

When I connect more than three monitors, only three monitor pills are visible. The fourth monitor’s pill is cut off from the control center panel height, and I can’t scroll to view the remaining pills for the connected monitors.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have more than 3 monitors connected.
2. Open the Control Center
3. Click Monitor

Expected behavior

Be able to scroll through the connected monitors.

Actual behavior

Inability to see or scroll through more than 3 monitors connected.
