Cannot see last item in sidebar after scrolling down, need to scroll down the whole page

Scroll down in the sidebar

Expected Results
See the last item of the sidebar ("Collecting code coverage in Node.js")

Actual Result
Last item is not visible.
Need to scroll down the whole page content to make it visible

The root cause is that the sidebar height is set to 100vh, since it needs to remain full-height when scrolling the main content after the header is hidden. One solution could be setting it to calc(100vh - Xrem) and switching it back to 100vh once the header disappears. But I’m not sure this is the right approach, as it might impact UX. What do you think, @ovflowd ?
