Loop Idle % does not update correctly when Loop Utilization changes on Windows (NSolid 24 and 22)

The Loop Idle % value is not updating correctly when the Loop Utilization changes. This issue occurs only on the Windows runtimes for NSolid 24 and NSolid 22.

This error might be in the Console side on how is doing / displaying float numbers. It seems to be rounding. The runtime is sending data correctly
