You can skip by request path, but not by the base URL #49

Is my understanding correct that the 'skips' parameter only works for the request path, but not for the base URL?

For example there is no way to enforce SSL for:

http://www.mywebsite.com

But to skip:

http://mywebsite.us-west-2.elasticbeanstalk.com
