Allow rounded bars on bar charts

A gripe i had with the already existing implementations was that there is no "straightforward" way to make the bars rounded.
The border-radius 0 edges dont always "flow" with the design you have in an app.

From what i read on the DGChart repo and the MPAndroid one is that there are PRs for this which are not merged.

So my guess is those repos would need to be forked.

Anyways, it would be a great addtion to an already good plugin

This is an unhandled PR that would allow the rounded borders. So it is not possible atm

For Android this is possible with more up-to-date repo https://github.com/AppDevNext/AndroidChart instead of the used com.github.PhilJay:MPAndroidChart:v3.1.0'
