Is there Julia language support?

I had previously recommended nteract when I distributed Julia-based Jupyter notebooks because it didn't require the installation of Python. I could not figure out how to use nteract 2.0 with Julia. It appears to be locked to either Python or JavaScript use. Is there a way to use nteract 2.0 with Julia?

We can make it happen! I tried to keep scope low for this iteration but I think now is a great time to enable Julia.

Now... we can detect an IJulia kernel install in the normal jupyter way but I'm curious if there's a more environment based approach that would work well for Julia and mesh well.
