cannot work with NVDA About dialog with screen review

I received the report after releasing version 6.3.
There are similar reports with past versions.

Go to the nvda help menu, about. Switch to screen review, and read up with
numpad 7 several lines quickly. Maybe have to read back down with 9 a couple
times, if you get to the top.

But somewhere in there, speech will stop getting interrupted. Once it finishes
reading the line where that happens, NVDA freezes solid.
