Map venue selection issue - Bulgaria, Dobrich, Rivecca Tennis Courts

When I try to find all tennis venues in Bulgaria, I see 1 added venue on the map in Dobrich city. However, when I zoom in the venue is not there.

Under admin panel, Venues section, 1 venue in Dobrich is indeed present. However in reality, this venue (Rivecca Tennis Courts) is located in Balchik which is another town in Dobrich Province.

If I search on the QWIKGAME map for a venue in Balchik - it is still not there.

I think it would be good to investigate why this happens so we can prevent it from repeating to other venues. Or at least be aware of this is a Google venue adding tool issue.

This issue is both on alpha and beta; and on mobile.

This appears to be a data integrity issue.

• I was able to replicate the issue
• I reviewed the database Venue table and the entry #512 for Rivecca Tennis courts - and found that the Locality field was blank. I was unable to determine if this field has been altered manually, or was missing from the original data from Google
• I entered "Balchik" into the Locality field for Venue #512 for Rivecca Tennis courts
• I review the database Marks table and the entry for Tennis at Rivecca Tennis courts appeared correct
• From the django shell I ran Mark.refresh_marks(). This resolved this immediate data integrity issue

Next steps:

• Improve Mark handling to be more robust against missing data
• Run regular integrity check and raise data integrity alerts
• Regularly run Mark.refresh_marks()
• Regularly refresh google sourced data for updates
