Expose ChannelType in Channels API endpoint

Channels API endpoint doesn't include the specific ChannelType, so API callers have to rely on Org-admin-entered channel names to try to distinguish, for example, a POTS channel and a WhatsApp channel (and assume that all admins enter these names consistently).

It would be nice to be able to get the specific ChannelType.name as part of the Channel API endpoint response payload to make it easier to retrieve statistics for certain types of channels across several Orgs

I think we can add an object with the channel type code and the name of the type

as "channel_type": {"code": "FBA", "name": "Facebook"},

Added as "type": <slug> in #5960 where slug is "facebook", "twilio", "telegram", etc
