[Feat] Replace LateX by Typst

Add the support of typst like LaTeX.

Maybe replace LaTeX from #23 by typst?

We could also allow users to configure which compiler to use for theirs own messages.

If we choose this option, we need to choose which implementation to enable by default.

• if the bot is target at scientists, LaTeX should be the default ;
• if the bot is targeted at casual users, typst should be the default.

When sending the first compiled message, we should make the user aware of the configuration option, as well as send documentation for the selected option.

The bot is targeting Discord users. I don't think people with high scientific expectation will use this bot to render complicated $\LaTeX$ documents.

typst's scripting approach fits better with how users will generally use this bot (and how they are using other $\LaTeX$ bots).

Giving an option to choose between $\LaTeX$ and typst is a good idea, but adding many features could lead to an unmaintainable project. In addition to this, it already exists many bots supporting $\LaTeX$.

I think we could entirely replace $\LaTeX$ by typst.

I think we should provide a link to typst documentation the first time we render a message, to make then aware that it is indeed not a latex bot.
