1.13.* wasn't published in opam-repository

Hi, i'm wondering if that's on purpose but the last few releases weren't published on opam. Is that expected?

No particular. Releasing to opam-repository can be quite consuming and I'd rather spend my open source time budget on other stuff. Feel free to take-over this bit and send releases for us.

Sure i can do it, but i'm a bit confused as to what is time consuming though. Calling opam publish or dune-release should be instantaneous and if there are things to fix in downstream packages you can simply say you don't have time to do it and let contributors/maintainers do it.

I'm embarrassed to say that I don't even have dune-release and opam-publish installed anywhere. I'll try to give it a go this weekend. If not, feel free to publish releases on my behalf.
