Need a folder of individual `p*nc` files to rapidly test variety of formats

Somewhere (maybe externally served), need to collect a bunch of single p*nc files to use to test seagliderOG1 functionality.

This way, for testing purposes, only single files should be converted which will allow rapid loading and testing, especially for things like:

• dimensions on the original data (see issue Update function process_dataset for different dimension name conventions #60)
• variations in how calibration information is stored (see issue Write a test for sensor number / calibration date #50)
• creation and use of mission-specific yaml files (see issue Create mission-specific yaml files #20 )
• handling a variety of sensors (see issue Missing sensor details in the OG1 file #14 )
• handling variations in CHL data (see issue Check CHL data format #49 )

Collect data from a bunch of providers (single base station file) from each of:

• UW

• NOC - TERIFIC

• UEA - deep glider & normal

• NorEMSO - Norway

• NOC - MerMEED

• Gothenburg - Sweden

• Create a folder on cloud.uni-hamburg.de to host the files.

• Update readers so they can work with downloading these test files.

• Create a separate test to handle

• Update logging for these tests. We will want to see things like:

• Verbose parsing of calibration strings (original strings and conversion to attributes in OG1 format)

• Checks on PHASE assignment

• Original and created sensor information

• Original and final global attributes

• Original dimensions (list of names, sizes, number of variables with each) and final dimensions (and number of variables)
