Consider deployment.yaml based on pyglider

pyglider (https://pyglider.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting-started-slocum.html#exdeplslocum) uses a deployment.yaml for each mission.

We could consider:

1. Translating this to something more like OG1
2. Using this format for seagliderOG1 so that there is similarity between them (a user wouldn't need to recreate a deployment.yaml for a new conversion software).
