Add more variable information like vocabulary

Currently some information are missing in the variable attributes like vocabulary and coordinates. These must be added in the config/OG1_vocab_attrs.yaml. Information can be found e.g. at the NERC vocabulary: https://vocab.nerc.ac.uk/collection/OG1/current/
